- turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread
- side of veggies- red and green bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers
- same as lunch...yeah I stole food from the caf, so what?
- a tiny bit of left over tomato soup
- Low-fat chocolate pudding cup.
- 30 mins on elliptical, 2.65 miles, 300 cals
