Breakfast

  • Green tea with honey
Pre-workout/Post-workout
  • 12 cocoa roasted almonds
  • 1 banana
Dinner
  • Sweet potato
  • Rice pilaf
  • String beans
  • Fresh pineapple
Workout
  • 25 mins on elliptical, 2.35 miles, 265 calories
  • 20 mins on treadmill, 1.25 miles, 105 calories
    Total- 45 minutes,   3.6 miles, 370 calories.
