Day 12

Breakfast
  • Pumpkin coffee, 1 cream, 1 splenda
  • Organic apple
Brunch/Lunch
  • 1 english muffin with peanut butter
  • 3 strawberries
  • A few pieces of honeydew  
Snack
  • 1 banana 
  • Veggies- red peppers and cucumbers
Dinner
  • Oatmeal (didn't go to the caf tonight!
Dessert
  • 7 (equal to one serving size) Stacy's cinnamon pita chips
