Day 45

Breakfast
  • Quaker Weight Control oatmeal with cinnamon
  • clementine
  • coffee with cream, 1 Splenda
Lunch
  • Kashi Heart to Heart (individual packet) with Almond Breeze
  • 1 clementine
Snack
  • 12 almonds 
Dinner
  • Salmon with lemon juice and thyme
  • Fresh green beans
Dessert/Late Night Snackin' 
  • About 6 strawberries 
Workout
  • 30 minutes on the elliptical (I don't have the stats because my machine stopped all of a sudden! Boo...)
  • 12 minutes on the treadmill, .75 miles, 85 calories
