Day 38

Breakfast
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread with organic/ natural peanutbutter
  • grapefruit slices
  • Coffee with 1 cream, 1 Splenda
Lunch
  • 1/2 of a whole wheat/ low fat cheese and chicken pizza!
  • 1 organic apple

     
Dinner
  •  The other half of that delicious pizza!
  • Carrots with Sabra chipotle hummus
Workout
  • 30 minutes on elliptical, 2.90 miles, 340 calories
  • 20 minutes on treadmill, 1.30 miles, 165 calories
    Total- 50 minutes, 4.2 miles, 505 calories
