Day 44

Breakfast
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread with peanut butter
  • Pineapple chunks, a few grapefruit slices
Snack #1
  • 1 apple 
Lunch
  • Salad- Romaine lettuce, bell peps, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes
  • Grilled chicken
Snack #2 
  • 12 almonds
Dinner
  • 1 sweet potato
  • String beans
  • Brown rice
Late Night
  • 1 cup Peppermint tea. :)
