- Turkey and swiss on 1 slice whole wheat toast.
- Side salad- Romaine, cherry tomatoes, red and green bell peps, cucumbers.
Dinner
- Salad beast! Romaine, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, a few crasins, chick peas.
- 1 sweet potato
Late Night Study Snackin'
- 1 low fat pumpkin bran muffin
- a few walnuts
Workout
- 31 minutes on elliptical, 3.00 miles, 350 calories
- 21 minutes on tread mill, 1.40 miles, 150 calories
