- "Black Bean Fiesta" salad. Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green bell peppers, black beans, onions, corn.
- 1 mini sweet potato :)
Dessert/Late night Snackin'
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 graham cracker
