Day 31

Breakfast
  • Coffee with 1 cream, 1 Splenda
  • 1 slice wheat bread with peanut butter
  • 1/2 grapefruit
Snacks (Pre/Post Workout)
  • 1 all-natural, designed for post-workout mango smoothie
  • 12 cocoa roasted almonds
Dinner
  • 1 salad with Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red and green bell peppers, craisins (yum!), chick peas.
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 candy cane! (I love peppermint! Double yum!)
     
Workout
  • 30 minutes on elliptical, 2.85 miles, 330 calories
  • 20 minutes on treadmill, 1.25 miles, 145 calories
    Total: 50 minutes, 4.1 miles, 475 calories
